Delivery Information

How MY2LK orders move from Malaysia to customers in Sri Lanka, including delivery charges, dispatch and tracking.

Where we deliver

MY2LK V1 accepts customer deliveries within Sri Lanka. Delivery availability may depend on the item, destination and courier coverage.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated from the physical products in your order and the applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout. Orders containing multiple eligible physical items may receive a combined-delivery discount.

Large, heavy, fragile or specially sourced items may require a different delivery arrangement or quote. We will confirm this before processing where applicable.

Order processing and dispatch

After an order is confirmed, MY2LK prepares or sources the item in Malaysia and moves it into the shipment process. Processing time varies by product availability and sourcing requirements.

Once dispatched

Where courier tracking is available, tracking details will be shared separately from your MY2LK order status.

Delivery timing

Estimated delivery times can vary because orders travel internationally from Malaysia to Sri Lanka and may be affected by courier schedules, customs, public holidays or other transport delays.
